1. About Stic Go and acceptance
Stic Go (“we”, “us”) is a platform that connects vehicle owners (“Owners”) with brands and businesses (“Advertisers”) for vehicle-based advertising. By using SticGo.com, our groups or our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India. Owners must hold a valid driving licence and must own or lawfully control the vehicle. Advertisers must be a legally registered business or an individual acting lawfully.
3. Accounts and verification
- Information you give must be true, complete and current.
- We may ask for documents such as a registration certificate (RC), driving licence, insurance, photos of the vehicle or business proof.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep your login details safe.
- We may approve, reject, suspend or remove any account at our discretion where required for safety, quality or legal reasons.
4. Terms for vehicle owners
- Campaigns, branding material and payout rates are shared before you accept a campaign. Nothing is guaranteed until you accept in writing or in the app.
- Branding must be applied and removed only as instructed by Stic Go or its authorised partners. Do not remove, cover or alter it during an active campaign.
- You must keep your vehicle roadworthy, insured and compliant with the Motor Vehicles Act and local traffic and advertising rules. You are responsible for any permission your vehicle type or area may require, and we will guide you where we can.
- Drive safely. The advertisement must never distract you or others, and you must not misuse the vehicle to inflate impressions.
- Where tracking is enabled, you agree to share the location and activity data needed to verify campaigns.
5. Terms for advertisers
- Your advertisement must be lawful, truthful and consistent with the ASCI code and Indian law.
- Not allowed: misleading claims, illegal products or services, hate speech, adult content, political propaganda without approval, and anything that infringes another person’s rights.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use all names, logos and content you submit.
- We may refuse, pause or take down any creative at any time, including after approval.
- Reach, impressions and results are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Payments, payouts and taxes
Campaign prices, payout amounts, schedules and cancellation terms will be set out in the campaign agreement or app at the time of booking. Amounts are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, including GST and TDS, will be charged or deducted as required by law, and you are responsible for your own tax obligations. We may withhold payment where a campaign is breached, fraudulent or not completed.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Providing false information or impersonating anyone.
- Fraud, manipulating tracking or earning rewards unfairly.
- Copying, scraping or reverse engineering the platform.
- Harassing other users or our team, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Stic Go name, logo, design, website and software belong to us. You may not use them without written permission. You keep ownership of your own content and give us a limited licence to display it for running your campaigns and promoting the platform.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. During the pre-launch phase features, prices and dates may change, including the planned launch date of 1 January 2027. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings or specific advertising results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stic Go is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, accidents, vehicle damage, fines or penalties arising from your use of a vehicle, or acts of third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to, or received through, Stic Go for the relevant campaign in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Stic Go for losses and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful content or your misuse of the platform.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Stic Go at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Clauses that by nature should continue, such as payment, liability and governing law, will continue after termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue in good faith. Subject to that, the courts at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
